Local study on the characteristics of effective primary schools in the province of Toamasina - Madagascar

The principal aim of the study is to determine the fundamental charachteristics of schools in a region which, if they were improved, could raise the level of studies (students?). the process of this study also enables the development of local actor's tomake an integrated plan and analysis. Carried out by a team of 2 local educators, the study is based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of variables identified at the school level.
